Terms & Conditions
The “My Mom is HD” campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by SES HD PLUS Ghana (hereinafter referred to as “HD+”). The Campaign will run from 13 April to 31 May 2023. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To enter the Campaign, participants must record a video that is no longer than 30 seconds and clearly express how much they love their mothers. Videos must be crystal clear and audible. Participants must not use words containing profanity or abusive language in their videos. Videos must be submitted to the communicated HD+ Ghana campaign WhatsApp number 020 004 4420 along with the participant’s full name, phone number, location, HD+ number, and their mother’s full name, location, and phone number. Only one entry per person is allowed.
The Campaign is open to all HD+ subscribers who are residents of Ghana and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants must own an HD+ Device with an active subscription of 1 month or more between 13 April and 1 May 2023.
On 3 May 2023, the top 10 entries will be selected by a special committee of influencer mothers and media personalities based on how emotional and interesting they are. These 10 videos will then be shared on the HD+ social media pages and website from 5 to 17 May for voting by the general public. The top 3 videos with the highest votes will win the grand prize of a 65” NASCO flat-screen TV bundled with an HD+ Module.
By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless HD+ from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Campaign. HD+ reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or provides false information. Disqualifying actions include but are not limited to, videos that are not clear or audible and longer than 30 seconds, contain profanity or abusive language, or are not accompanied by the required personal information (participant’s full name, phone number, location, HD+ number, and their mother’s full name, location, and phone number).
By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to allow HD+ to use their videos for promotional purposes without prior consent from the participants. Additionally, HD+ reserves the right to use the video on all media channels – TV, radio, and social media – in perpetuity.
